– GENDER PAY GAP REGULATIONS 2024 –

The Government published revised Gender Pay Gap Regulations applicable for 2024 earlier this month.

The Regulations have been updated to reflect the obligation on Organisations with over 150 Employees to report on their gender pay gap in 2024, as well as some other clarifications.
