What is this webinar about?
Fair procedures are intrinsic to any contract of employment, and this poses a contemporary question as to the correct procedures to follow when deciding to suspend an Employee.
In our webinar, we will cover the main considerations for Organisations when contemplating the suspension of an Employee, together with key practical learnings as highlighted by Case Law.
Join us at our upcoming webinar for answers to these key questions and more, where we share our experience of supporting Organisations.
The webinar answers the following key questions:
- What are the risks Organisations should be aware of when suspending an Employee?
- How can Organisations apply fair procedures when implementing a suspension?
- At what point should an Employee who is being suspended be informed of the reason for the suspension?
- Can a suspension be considered a sanction?
- How long is it appropriate to suspend an Employee for?
