We have dedicated the last 10 minutes of the webinar to a Q&A.

What is this webinar about?

With the recently introduced Leave for Medical Care Purposes and the imminent commencement of Domestic Violence Leave, Organisations now have a wide range of Statutory Leaves that they must provide to Employees and manage in compliance with Employment Legislation.

There are also a number of Non-Statutory leaves provided by Organisations, which can sometimes be mistaken to be Statutory.

The webinar answers the following key questions:
  • What exactly are the various leave entitlements for Employees under the various pieces of legislation?
  • What leave types can be provided at the discretion of an Organisation?
  • What are the appropriate policies, procedures and templates to have in place to effectively manage Statutory and Non-Statutory Leave?

Join 100’s of HR practitioners and keep your HR knowledge and skills up-to date.
