We have dedicated the last 10 minutes of the webinar to a Q&A.

What is this webinar about?

Managing workplace grievances can be a contentious area for both the Organisation and Employee. It is critical that Organisations have policies and procedures in place to ensure that Employee Grievances are managed in a fair and consistent manner and in line with the Code of Practice on Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures.

The webinar answers the following key questions:
  • So, What types of complaints constitute Employee Grievances?
  • How can Organisations apply fair procedures when managing Employee Grievances?
  • How should an informal and a formal grievance be dealt with?
  • What are the risks Organisations should be aware of when dealing with Employee Grievances?
  • How can Organisations mitigate the risk against a potential constructive dismissal claim when an Employee has raised a Grievance?

Join us at our upcoming webinar for answers to these key questions and more, where we share our experience of supporting Organisations.

Join 100’s of HR practitioners and keep your HR knowledge and skills up-to date.
