Pay Update: Security Sector ERO Changes

The Minister of State for Employment, Small Business and Retail has confirmed that he intends to sign a new Employment Regulation Order (ERO) for the Security Industry. The ERO will commence on Monday, 28th of September 2026 and provide for a new minimum rate of pay of €16.15 per hour for workers in the sector.
