– Mid-year Review of Annual Leave –

With the midway point of the calendar year now in sight, we want to remind our Members about the importance of proactive annual leave planning.

If you haven’t already done so, now is a good time to note the remaining balance of annual leave to be taken by Employees. Once this review is concluded, communicate with any Employees who have a large outstanding balance and encourage them to plan their holidays.
